GastroPan, the greatest international trade fair for the baking, pastry, hospitality and food service businesses organized in Romania returns with its 12th edition to Arad. The exhibition will take place from the 12th until the 14 of March 2020 at Expo Arad, in the Transylvanian city of Arad, Romania.
Thousands of the field’s manufacturers, operators, suppliers, specialists, managers and entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to reunite during the three days of exhibition. GastroPan 2020 will exhibit the largest variety of solutions and technologies for businesses in the field: machines and equipment for bakeries, pastry shops, confectioneries, artisan ice cream makers; ingredients, raw materials; furniture and fittings for bakery shops, cafes and bistros; showcases, shelves and refrigerating solutions; IT solutions for production, distribution and sale activities; hygiene and professional cleaning solutions; coffee and beverage machines and solutions etc.

Organized annually, GastroPan Exhibition brings together supply and demand, suppliers and operators of the bakery, pastry, confectionery, hospitality and food service industries in a place that allows complex product, technology and service presentations held by specialists to an interested public. In 2019, the exhibition attracted 20,926 visitors and 133 world-class exhibitors and suppliers from 22 countries that presented technologies, ingredients and the latest international trends.
HOW DO I BECOME A GASTROPAN EXHIBITOR?
Companies / suppliers who want to exhibit products, technologies, services and solutions for the bakery, confectionery, HoReCa, milling, chocolate, ice cream, pizza, etc. industries can send an e-mail to info@gastropan.ro to ask for the registration form. After filling in the registration form, which should be sent to info@gastropan.ro, companies receive a stand offer along with the plan of the exhibition halls. After choosing and accepting the exhibition stand, the organizers will send the contract for participation at the event. The exhibition booth is considered booked after signing the contract and paying the advance payment. The company / supplier has the right to participate at the event as an Exhibitor if he has fully paid the participation fee and complies with the terms of the contract as well as with the terms included in the exhibitor’s guide (program of the exhibition).
